In Eldoret
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most products. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all accessories and documentation intact.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
- Laptops and computers (unopened)
- Smartphones and tablets (unopened)
- TVs and monitors (unopened)
- Audio equipment (unopened)
- Computer accessories
- Cables and adapters
- Opened software and games
- Consumables (batteries, ink, etc.)
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items with broken seals
- Products with physical damage
- Items beyond 7-day return window
Contact Support
Reach out via phone, email, or our contact form with your order number and reason for return.
Get Return Authorization
We'll review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.
Ship or Drop Off
Drop off the item at our Eldoret store or arrange pickup. Keep the original packaging and receipt.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method:
- M-Pesa: Refunded within 24-48 hours
- Card payments: 5-10 business days (depends on bank)
- Cash on Delivery: Refunded via M-Pesa
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
Products with manufacturer warranty can be serviced even after the 7-day return window. Warranty periods vary by product and manufacturer.
To claim warranty:
- Bring the product and receipt to our store
- We'll diagnose the issue (may take 1-3 days)
- Eligible items will be repaired or replaced
- Non-warranty issues can be repaired for a fee
